can someone provide us with some models of professional emails?

Exemple:

* How to introduce yourself or your business
* how to make the first partnership contact
* How to negociate the rates and fees....

well, the only part i didn't like is : We would appreciate your sending me !!!

i would rather suggest, "We would appreciate that you send us"

except that, the letter sounds good for me.
